THE EMOTION CODE: SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

Scientific proof suggests that if we want to feel grateful and happy, we need to face and process our emotions and traumas (see research from Prof. Dr. Laurie Santos; Sept. 2020).

Feelings are there for a reason. We need to experience bad feelings, depressed moments to help us to move forward in life. However, to be able to move forward and not getting stuck in a situation we no longer want to be in, we need to shift our mind from the ‘bad stuff to the good stuff’ which has positive consequences for our well-being.
